can you tell me when a grand cru is at its peek? I've been told after 5 years...

it's difficult to give a proper answer; the millesime, the place where the wine is stored, its temperature; they all have a critical effect on wine, even more on Grand Cru ones. Between 4 and 7 years is considered to be a good average, the fruitness giving its best. but never forget your own taste...
