I'm expecting french friends to visit me, and i'd love to surprise them and cook a choucroute.... Smile Which wine would match it ?

If you cook the choucroute with wine, drink the wine you used.A riesling would match perfectly; if you don't have one, a sylvaner will be a good alternative.
